Biography:
Matt Henderson is superintendent of Winnipeg School Division. He has a PhD in Education, is an instructor at the University of Winnipeg, and has taught from grades 5 to 12.

The Winnipeg School Division has endeavoured to respond to each child as it designs powerful experiences and supports families. By moving away from programs to programming, school systems can become more flexible, equitable, and responsive — resulting in higher quality education and better outcomes for kids.
